A time to reconnect and rejuvenate body-mind-spirit. This session is reserved for one participant at a time. Take Prana to the next level to bring healing and restoration. No Consultation required. Please communicate existing health conditions. Intensity: Low Skill Level: Beginner Attire: Flexible Clothing (Yoga wear, sweats, leggings, etc) Equipment: *Water Bottle for sipping. *For support (not required), Cushion(s), Block(s), Yoga Strap, Blanket(s)
