You have subscribed to the 6 Month Health Coaching plan. Therefore, you have access to a total of twelve sessions, up to 15 Minutes each. Sometimes you may encounter a question that causes you to want to checkin with a practitioner. For example, while creating your grocery list, it may occur to you that organic or pesticide-free black seeded grapes may not be available - so what is the next best option? Or when shopping for a new knife set, which brand(s) knives do we recommend for a Raw Foodist Kitchen? You may have a quick update - like a doctor prescribing a new medication etc. Or you may simply check-in to let us know how you are feeling.
